Timing

Timing will be done with be done manually with numbers on swimmer

Caps are supplied and are compulsory for the swim 

Only signed entrants in participants are eligible for Prizes and podium acknowledgement.
Note if the temperature is below 18 Deg we recommend that all swimmers use wetsuits.
